What is your refund policy?
We give refunds with no questions asked when your situation is as follows: 1) We were unable to find or contact the company from which you are trying to cancel services. 2) We are unable to successfully cancel the subscription or membership. 3) You made a duplicate payment or request for services. Refunds will not be issued if a certified letter was sent. We do not issue refunds for payments over 90 days old. We do not automatically refund. In your request, please state your reference number, email on file and the reason you’re requesting a refund.
